A Additional food may be added to your party bill through your party host. While groups are not required to add food for adults, guests are welcome to enjoy our full menu by ordering from our self-service kiosks around the building.

A Yes, of course! All our birthday party package options are available for reservation on our website! Click the "birthday reservations" tab at the top of this page! All reservations require a $75 deposit and 24-hour advance notice and are subject to availability.

A Unfortunately, the number of birthday parties we can host at one time is limited. But, if your date and time are unavailable, you can use our website or call a team member to check other dates and times that may still have open availability.

A Customers will receive an email confirmation after paying their deposit if they book online. In addition, all birthday package parties will receive a pre-party phone confirmation a few days before the event.

A Some changes can be made, like adjusting the number of children/guests or changing the attractions or pizza choices. Please contact a team member via phone or in-person to make changes.

A With at least 24 hours' notice, you can alter reservation times and dates by contacting a team member by phone or in person.

A Unfortunately, all deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel your event, you can turn your deposit into a store credit card suitable for use at your discretion. For more information or to cancel an event, please get in touch with a team member by phone or in person.

A Of course! Though these Birthday Package Parties are intended for children aged 16, we understand that older kids love to party too! If you are interested in booking an event for a young adult and are not interested in these packages, feel free to reach out to our events Department to schedule a Prime-Time Party or Group Event more catered to your needs by following the links at the top of this page.
